Q Personal Leadership Portfolio Each student was to create a personal leadership portfolio. In the portfolio, students should have reflected on past leadership experiences and develop a vision for their personal and professional future. Included in it were leadership activities related to family, work, church, organizations, and the community. Make sure to be creative and use pictures, newspaper and magazine clippings, poems, cartoons, and mementos. Phi Theta Kappa members may wish to use the online portfolio available to them through the exclusive Competitive Edge Personal Professional Development Plan at my.ptk.org.
